The idea of this project is to utilize the varies Solar and Wind resources build a hybrid system with wind/solar/diesel, which can electrify the area.
Beijing Bergy wind company is the contractor of the sub project, after one year operation, the ownership of the system will be transferred, Bergy will still provide the warranty and technology consultancy within the warranty period. The local government will cooperate with PMO to establish the electric price and owner, the owner will be responsible for the equipment maintenance, operation and management of the system later.
